All prices and rates shown on this website (including on our pest control prices schedule) are indicative starting ranges only.

Pest treatments and termite barrier installations cannot be definitively priced without assessing the property in person. Variables including linear perimeter metreage, subfloor crawl space clearances, soil chemistry, concrete cutting or drilling requirements, and structural access restrictions affect the labour and chemical volumes needed.

Every job is quoted individually following an on-site inspection by an attending licensed technician. All quotations are fixed and confirmed with you in writing before any application or barrier installation commences, with no callout fees across our western Melbourne service zone.

4. No warranty claims and no guarantees

Subterranean termites and domestic pests are biological organisms whose behaviour is influenced by regional weather patterns, subfloor moisture, landscaping modifications, and neighbouring properties beyond our control.

Mate's Termite & Pest Control makes no warranty claims, unconditional promises, or guarantees of permanent eradication on this website. We operate strictly within the requirements of Australian Standard AS 3660.2, pesticide product labels approved by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), and Victorian Department of Health regulations.
